Heart of the Matter

I just finished reading this, which may come as a surprise to people who know how much I love Emily Giffin. But for one reason or another, I just haven't been able to get around to this one, even though I was counting down the days to its release date of May 11, 2010.

Anyway, the intertwined message of forgiveness was pretty powerful, and it's funny, because that was lost on me until near the very end of the book. I like when messages unfold that way.

Next up: The Closing Door: Conservative Policy and Black Opportunity, a look at the effect of conservative policies on urban race and poverty in Atlanta in the 1980s. This should be VERY interesting!
