I ran across this image of Trinity's old website a couple of weeks ago. My professional blog expresses a different take on the analogy of these two images, but what I really can't help but think about when I see these images is the year 2005.
I was a 2nd Grade EIP teacher in Fulton County, and I had made the decision not to renew my contract, after working there for a year and a half. I don't think I've ever shared all of the reasons why I chose to stop teaching in the public school system. Perhaps I should (it had nothing to do with the children). But I digress.
I started looking for teaching positions in independent schools, and I remember hearing a friend and college classmate talk about Trinity, where she worked, so I visited their website, and started the process of applying.
Who knew that 3 years later, I would be their webmaster and video producer? Kinda cool.
